How do I sign up for Colonial Cleaners FREE Pick Up & Delivery service?

IT’S EASY! Stop by our Valparaiso, IN store to complete a short delivery route application. At that time you will receive a welcome kit which includes our “GO GREEN” garment bag with your personalized name tag and door hook – FREE!

Where do you pick-up and deliver my dry cleaning?

You choose the location you’d like our courteous driver to service. A weather-sheltered location is best. We will work with you to determine a pickup/delivery location that works best for you.

Do I need to be home for pick-up or delivery?

No. In fact, in most cases, our customers are not home. For pick-up, place your bag out by 8:00 a.m. For delivery, we will deliver by 5:00 p.m.

How do I pay my dry cleaning bill when I use the pick up and delivery service?

In addition to the convenience of our pick-up and delivery service, you have the added convenience of credit card billing. Your card will be billed once a month. We also give you the option of paying by check.

What will Colonial Cleaners FREE Pick Up & Delivery service cost me?

The pick up and delivery service is FREE! FREE! FREE! You just pay for your dry cleaning. (Sorry, no discounts or coupons may be used)

How will I know my scheduled days?

Our FREE Pick Up & Delivery service is scheduled by zip code: On Monday and Thursday we service zip code 46383. On Tuesday and Friday we service zip code 46385.

Do you offer your other dry cleaning services with this pickup and delivery service?

YES! We offer leather and suede cleaning, rug cleaning, comforter and blanket cleaning, and alterations with our pickup and delivery service. These items will take one to two weeks.

What if I have special instructions for an item?

No problem! Just attach a note to your garment and our staff will do the rest.

What happens if I have a problem with an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning or pressing of an item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly re-process your garment at no additional charge. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and we want you to be happy with our service.
